Recovery College Online was launched in March 2017.
We provide a wide range of co-created online educational resources, including free E-Learning, covering a variety of mental health and wellbeing topics. Recovery College Online (RCO) is available for anyone who might be struggling with their mental health, as well as families, friends, colleagues, teachers, students, and anyone else who might be interested in understanding more about mental health and wellbeing.
Our resources are co-created by professionals and people with their own personal experience of mental health struggles. The information and E-Learning we provide are created from an educational perspective, exploring recovery principles, and how you can support your own recovery journey through learning more about you and your mental health and wellbeing, or that of a loved one or colleague.
We are a small team of online trainers, based in the Northeast of England, working closely with a recovery college who provide in-person courses. We are part of Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, who cover Durham, Tees Valley, North Yorkshire, and York, however anyone, anywhere in the world can access Recovery College Online, and our resources for free.
If you would like to complete our courses, you can do so by creating a free online account with us here. (Link to account sign up page).
